现阶段公司固定【大小周】,如符合预期欢迎进一步沟通。
工作职责:
1.智能视觉传感产品硬件设计:根据项目要求,主导设计开发工作,包括原理图设计、器件选型,制定布线规范,指导并检查PCB布线工作,跟进样件制作;
2.新器件导入验证,测试等相关工作;
3.负责硬件调试和系统联调工作;
4.解决产品从设计到测试及量产过程中所发生的技术问题;
任职要求:
1. 3年以上相关工作经验,本科及以上学历,有0-1量产项目研发经验
2. 熟悉电子元器件,具有良好的电子线路理论和实践基础,具有EMC、EMI、ESD等方面的设计经验; 了解Soc;
3. 有工业相机、工业自动化传感器、智能硬件项目经验的优先
4. 有DDR3/4、MIPI、PCIE等高速数据信号设计经验的优先
5. 有ARM\FPGA等嵌入式控制器电路设计经验的优先,熟悉RK3588/RK3562等主控方案
6. 工作积极,有进取心,责任心,能主动学习新知识、新技术;
7. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神,性格开朗,严谨务实。愿意加入创业团队共同奋斗,接受因研发任务多导致的加班。

备注说明:
工作安排:大小周,打卡时间早9晚7,研发任务较多,普遍9点左右下班。
薪资安排:总包包含大小周周六加班工资,额外周末加班按双薪计算,工作日加班无加班费。
假期安排:统一五天带薪年假,转正后生效;春节一般提前放假1-2天;节假日和周末加班撞车时放假,按国家调休安排。
