岗位职责
1、制定嵌入式固件测试策略:参与需求与设计评审,输出覆盖功能、性能、稳定性、兼容性的测试方案与用例
2、执行固件测试:独立搭建测试环境,执行集成测试、系统测试、回归测试,利用串口/Wireshark等工具定位缺陷并推动闭环
3、软硬协同调试:协同硬件工程师,使用示波器、逻辑分析仪验证UART、I2C、SPI、USB等外设通信,定位软硬集成问题
4、自动化与效率提升:用Python/C++/Shell开发自动化脚本和工具,提升回归效率;熟练使用AI工具(如GPT、Copilot)辅助生成测试用例、编写脚本、分析日志,加速测试全流程
5、专项与质量把控:执行压力、长稳、弱网等专项测试,输出风险评估报告
任职要求
1、全日制统招本科及以上,电子/计算机/自动化相关专业
2、5年以上嵌入式固件或硬件产品测试经验,有独立负责复杂项目交付经历,能对结果负责,有责任心意识
3、熟悉ARM等MCU架构,能阅读C/C++代码,理解中断、RTOS调度等机制
4、熟悉UART、I2C、SPI、USB等接口协议,会用示波器/逻辑分析仪,熟练掌握测试设计方法,具备较强缺陷定位能力
5、熟练使用Python/C++/Shell至少一门语言,有自动化框架开发经验者优先
6、必须熟练使用AI工具辅助测试工作(如ChatGPT生成用例/脚本、Copilot辅助编码等),面试时需展示实际应用案例
