            "description": "拉曼光谱是一种基于拉曼散射效应的散射光谱。由于不同种类物质的振动、转动能量特征是唯一的,由此产生的拉曼散射光谱也是唯一的,因此拉曼光谱在鉴别物质成分方面极具优势。为了解决未知混合溶液中物质浓度判定的困难,将主成分分析应用于拉曼光谱进行分析,提出了一种拉曼信号提取方法。通过对多组已知浓度梯度甲醇乙醇进行主成分分析,确定主成分与浓度之间的线性关系。经过主成分分析可以得到甲醇乙醇以及水的拉曼光谱,将三种拉曼光谱作为基础矢量,将混合溶液的拉曼光谱向基础矢量做投影,得到在三种矢量上的主成分。该方法将实测拉曼光谱看作不同物质组分光谱的线性叠加,通过对未知混合溶液的拉曼光谱进行主成分分析,分离背景噪声和随机噪声并提取不同物质组分的拉曼信号。将得到的不同物质组分经过投影后的主成分代入线性关系,由此得到混合物组分浓度并验证。"
